As a customer of Steve & Ricks who was present the day that this incident took place, I felt I had to comment. This customer was aggressive and ill tempered the moment he entered. He accused them of trying to over charge him as his guy could do it cheaper he was then asked to take it to his guy. Steve & Rick apologized to the customers waiting, for this man's terrible behaviour. This is the best shop in town, they go out of their way for every customer. Their honesty & integrity is 2nd to none!

Arrogant disregard, lack of Integrity!

Not my regular shop.Wanted to try them out for personal convenience.Scheduled timing belt replacement, upkeep not repair. Complicated expensive procedure.Had my truck several days without it moving.renting car 2get2work.My husband went in to inquire and urge them to proceed, was simply told they did not want to do the work.Told him to remove the vehicle from property. My husband is legally blind and doesn't drive.We are not aggressive people, were shocked at disregard and lack of integrity.
