I had a negative experience here.
They claimed to have done a thorough and proper undercoat in 20 minutes. I later learned that they only sprayed the visible and easy to reach areas (proper undercoat takes 90 minutes).. If you want a proper under coat done- go to oil tech in Midhurst. They're amazing and honest!

I`ve been going to the garage now for five years after I couldn`t take the arrogant attitude from Mercedes Benz Barrie. Tom and Haley are the best people ever. They make us feel like part of the family. Their business is very busy and so they can`t always pick up the phone but they always call me back.Their rates are terrific being that you are getting one of the best import mechanics in the area.

Anne at the front (and Brian) spent a lot of time explaining the options available for some rims I had at home as well as the ones on the car. in order to try and save me some fees. They were happy to help, even though I made it known I just wanted a quote. Definitely worth going back for actual maintenance, excellent customer service.

While Roger checks what's wrong with your vehicle he will find out if their is anything else that should be done to maintain your vehicle's safety. This is really helpful so that you can avoid major repairs down the road. Roger's Auto Repair services are so professionally done you will be satisfied. Personal family service. When you drive you will be thanking him for such a great service. While you're there I recommend you must get a mist quality air done. It kills germs and spores that live in the duct work of your vehicle. You'll feel better and breathe better!

Vehicle broke down in Barrie on a Friday morning when I arrived from out of town. My parents and spouse had used Marshall's in the past and were satisfied with the service so I contacted their office and explained my situation. I run a small business up north therefore had to be back on Sunday. They asked if I could bring the vehicle in right away and leave it with them. They had already started pricing parts before I arrived to expedite the repair process. Within 2 hours I received a call to advise that my truck was ready for pick up. My bill was fair and reasonable for the parts and labour completed on very short notice. I would recommend this company to anyone.
