I began physiotherapy 3 months ago after a humerus fracture requiring surgery. Before attending physio, I felt beyond hopeless like I would not get any better (no range/strength in my arm). Three months later, it’s my last day and I find it a little hard to say goodbye. Every single employee - physiotherapists & receptionists alike have been beyond amazing to me. Always welcoming and kind with a smile on their face. They are flexible with schedules and CARE about you. I can’t thank you enough.

He and various members of his staff have been SO kind and compassionate with me and my various health challenges, and Dr. Prosia has gone WAY out of his way to help me with things that most people in his position would not have. The team at Palermo Physio is amazing! I am a new patient and am thoroughly pleased with the customer service. I am greeted by friendly front desk staff that remember my name. The physio sessions are very hands on. All in all 5 star experience !

Great Service immediate phone back very flexible times.... they helped me get through my sport injury quickly all the exercises were easy to do at home and the treatments helped me get back to my normal self.... I have also recommended my mother to go here when she unexpectedly got Bells Palsey and they were familiar with this and were able to get her in quickly and start treatments... they have ensured me that she will be taken care of and so far (only 2 visits in) they have helped her emensly!

AND spent about an hour each session re-assessing and working on me. I have been on physiotherapy programs before where I needed to go twice a week for 6-7 weeks with no luck... Taryn had me better in 4 sessions total. THANK YOU!

The staff is courteous and professional, they definitely know what they are doing! I have had neck pain for over 2 years and during my initial assessment, Dr. Ismail was very thorough in explaining his approach with my treatment. I found these guys on yp.ca, I strained my shoulder at the gym then made it worse at work.
They answered all my questions over the phone, then set up an appointment for a massage and Acupuncture treatment.
The next evening a Registered Massage therapist arrived at my front door, table in hand.
Educated me as to why my injury occurred, then suggested some exercises and stretches for me to do. He even went over them with me.
The whole experience was great!! I have a very busy schedule and the fact they came to me was a huge bonus.
I was even able to submit my invoice to my insurance for a full reimbursal.
I will defiantly be using IN YOUR HOME THERAPY again.
