I have been a very loyal and satisfied customer of BMO for 17.5 years at the Cloverdale branch. The customer service tellers are sterling each and every time I go to the bank. Just the other day I was there with my 8 yr. old son helping him with his savings account. Today I got a thank you card in the mail with a handwritten note from Bev a "C.S.R." agent thanking my little guy for his autograph. Now that's how you build future loyal customers little personal touch appreciations.

The staff are awesome! Right from the Manager, Rick, other managers, Karen, Paul, etc financial advisors, Andrew, Michael, Best Receptionist Ever, Roxana (sp?), and all the other staff, I can remember some but not all so I don't want to leave anyone out!
