Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well. She spend almost 45 minutes to find the best hardware products for us. We are yet to find such a talented associate in any stores in New market

Staff are expert at matching paint from even a tiny sample, and they carry quality Para and Benjamin Moore paints and a host of specialty paints and primers. Also al kinds of brushes, rollers, sandpaper, etc. to meet every situation.

Unsure of those other reviews on here. I've relied on this store for 5 years now. The owner, and other senior staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Never had an issue on returns either.

Service is usually pretty good. Pretty good showroom, but limited to the main product lines, understandably. We send many of our clients there to see the materials directly.

Good old Home Hardware; our microwave died since everything was closed due to one of our lockdowns we decided to borrow my Sister-in-law spare microwave. Then the cord was too short. I tried the big box curb-side previously and it took 2 1/2 days. I didn’t want to go through that again. Then I thought of your store at 2151 Danforth, it was a great experience. The cord I needed was, indeed in hand when we arrived.! These days this kind of customer service will make business thrive THEY CARE!

Every time I go to this location the employees are helpful, attentive and understanding. Ever go into a Home Depot and the employees are impossible to find or try to run away when they see you coming towards them? Yeah, that never happens here. It’s like they actually care that the repairs I make to my house or the products that I get are actually the ones I need and are the right ones for the job. Crazy concept, isn’t it?

Staff was great. Manager helped us with flooring and when there were no samples of the one I wanted, she opened a new box and gave me a plank to take home! Only complaint:aisles have too much stuff in them so manoeuvring carts around is hard and noise is way too high level, mostly staff doing shelves yelling to each other.

Very reliable company, thats honest, stayed on schedule and provided great quality work! The BMC team truly went above and beyond to meet our needs to get the job done in a timely manner and we couldnt be happier with the end result.

This company has just completed over 100 total bathroom renovations in our seniors building in Richmond Hill. I was very impressed with their professionalism. The workers were friendly, helpful, pleasant and clean. The bathrooms are of very good quality and I would recommend this company. Also, I have discussed this project with many other residents and all have felt the same.
