I had great experience at union optical for 8 years, until this time unfortunately i met Ananda her ATTITUDE WAS VERY BAD.
after giving her my union card to check my balance she took quite some time to return. Upon returning, I kindly ask her are you able to tell me my balance, she Yelled YOU NEED TO WAIT!!! in a very rude tone my wife and myself were very and disgused with her rude behavior, I ask her for my card refusing her service.
