I contacted Dave when the previous Spa repair service left me with a non-functional spa. I was at my wits end and about to give up. I called and Dave came out same day and with assistance from his wife and son were able to fix the problem from an incorrectly installed circuit board. I've always found the staff very knowledgeable and ready to help they keep you on the computer system to make things easier. I love using Bio Guard and have never ever had problems. My pool is exceptional as well as my hot tub. Being on the system makes it easier to assess my water quickly and give me my chemicals and recipe to balance the pool for my season. 20 ys of dealing here cant be wrong.

Contacted J last September and met with him to look at his product (hot tubs) and ask a few questions(well maybe a lot). I hadn't met anyone locally who was more knowledgeable or willing to answer all my questions more than J. He really knows his stuff. The quality of the tub I purchased is as good as a tub that is much more expensive. It had everything that I was looking for and more. J has been there to answer any questions since my purchase and definately feel as though I made the right choice. I would recommend Canco Pools and Spas for anyone looking for a tub with all the bells and whistles at a price that will beal all competitors. Thanks again J. (Video is taken of my tub on the day of install. By the time we were finished, it got dark and J took the video with me playing with the remote. Simply amazing. I frantically called on Monday morning after running the cisterns from my gravity-fed well completely dry from watering the grass (little did I know it was about to rain). Steward arrived a few short hours later, fixed it in a jiffy and adjusted my pump for better water pressure. He was amazing. As was the gentlemen who took my call, since he was very knowledgable and knew just what needed to happen. I will never call anyone else.

Greg, from Typhoon Hot Tub, revived a tub that had been derelict for 5 years. It was a puzzle of cracked pipes, but he approached it with a sense of humour and determination to succeed. It is now up and running with crystal clear water for about 1/2 the cost of replacement.
