Great customer service. I returned chicken from another Sobeys in another town and Ptbo Sobeys replace the chicken at no cost for me. The Manager was great and so was T.L. (Im not allowed to mention names apparently) Thank you again and Sobeys is the best.

Great staff and service at Mike and Lori’s No Frills in Brighton. I would like to commend Sean for his outstanding service. I was looking for puff pastry today and there was none. Sean checked and it was on the back but he couldn’t get it until later. I told him I would get it tomorrow. I continued to shop and he found me and brought me the product! What service! Love the new layout too and the great prices!

The cranberry muffins I purchased were very stale. The best before date was inaccurate or had been changed. I won't buy baked goods there again.

I love shopping at the Independant, EVERYONE, from those that stock the shelves, to those on cash, and everyone in between, are so friendly, polite and courteous it’s ALL done with a smile. I’ve never left the store feeling anything but satisfied. They deserve a great big HUG. I could go on about everything else and how they help me but I’ve only got 500 characters. I love this store. The management has improved its appearance and overall quality over the past few years, but the family-owened store has always been a favourite among locals for its convenience, prices, garden centre and deli. The only grocery store on the eastern side of the river, it holds key importance for military families' busy lives. It is a local treasure with a family atmosphere that is welcoming in a way that is becoming rare among grocery establishments.

This is my favourite store in Kingston! I love so many things about your store, fresh produce, bread, fish and meat products and prepared food. I have a suggestion. In the eating area there is no place to get a glass of water. Since I see you competing with Whole Foods, this is something they have and I do miss whenever I decide to have lunch while Im shopping. I have lived in Port Perry for 10 years and have never had a bad experience at Vos. The staff is always friendly and engaging. The store is clean and well organized. Produce is fantastic, bread is fresh and meat is great. I especially love when I see Terry and Christine working around the store. They seem like owners that care about their employees, and their patrons.

We visited on a Wednesday night in early September and should have had reservations. This place is apparently always packed and it's not hard to see why. The food was excellent and the service very good (every one of the wait staff was fully occupied but each one either cleaned away a plate or asked how we were doing as they passed by). Portion sizes were adequate without being overwhelming. The desserts - wow - I *almost* licked my plate! However, my suggestion would be to expand the premises - there were so many people jammed into the small acoustically 'live' space that it was almost impossible to carry on a conversation. Aside from that one detraction I would definitely eat there again but would most definitely make a reservation for one of the outside tables.

We have lived in Sundridge for 31 years and love how over the years they have continually brought in more exotic products such as Portuguese Chicken (guess what nationality my husband is!). Clean, great staff and open all night long in the summers! Bonus.

I was shopping at your store on Sunday December 13th and would like to share this positive story of a cashier with you. I cashed out at 1025am in checkout #1, (slip #22600) the cashier was very courteous as they always are there. I took my groceries to my vehicle to load, I had alot so between 5-8 min had passed. Then my cashier came running out with my turnip that had got caught up in the conveyor belt. Great work ethics and she went beyond what was required, -3 and no coat too, thanks.
